Enjoy faster reconciliation and greater productivity. Numbered deposit tickets also provide security and audit control, making banking more efficient. If you bank online using accounting software such as QuickBooks® or Sage 50 (formerly Simply Accounting and Peachtree), reconciliation is complete in a few keystrokes.
MICR line standard — bank statement lists deposits by DATE only.
MICR line:
with consecutive numbers — bank statement lists deposits by date and in consecutive order.
with constant numbers — bank statement
will also identify deposits by store number.
with constant and consecutive numbers —
bank statement will list deposits by date, in consecutive order by store number.
Deposit tickets with consecutive numbering will be listed on your bank statement like this:
